Making A Purchase

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away for goods in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 2 to 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

This applies to all our goods except non reusable items such as chemicals, coatings, plasters etc where the item has been opened. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Returning Goods. Please obtain a RMA number before returning any item, as without this, your refund may be delayed. To obtain a RMA number, please email or telephone us.

Goods must be returned in mint condition, complete with all contents and packaging. Please return goods to: Returns Department, Kiltox Damp Free Solutions, Unit 6, Chiltonian Industrial Estate, 203 Manor Lane, London, SE12 0TX. Please enclose your name and address details and reason for return inside the parcel to ensure a prompt refund. Please note the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
